We want you to love your Kacey Musgraves Official Store gear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition vinyl and autographed items are final sale unless damaged during transit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
