When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific release date listed on the product page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that music products, including vinyl and CDs, must be unopened and in their original shrink-wrap to be eligible for a return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
What happens if my vinyl arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our records, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed.
